  • Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Return Process

  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and photographic evidence if the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • Our team will review your request and provide further instructions on returning the item.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom NFC cards, standees, and other personalized products.

  • Items that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer.

  • Orders reported beyond the return window of 4 days.

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

  • Then, contact your bank or payment provider as processing times vary.
