We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@digiintro.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, reason for return, and photographic evidence if the item is damaged or incorrect.
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions on returning the item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Custom NFC cards, standees, and other personalized products.
Items that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer.
Orders reported beyond the return window of 4 days.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then, contact your bank or payment provider as processing times vary.
